If you believe that he is a good person and you still love him, why not give him another chance? Or say you don't love him anymore, just be strong and carry on with your life. Supposingly, you are going to University soon there is plenty of better guys out there. Take every new relationship like your first. Or if you are still confuse, take your time and focus on your work because if he still loves you, he will be there and ready when you are ready.
